Concierge medicine is a membership-based practice model where people pay an annual or monthly fee to have better access to their primary care physician.
At Previty Health, the concierge medicine program limits enrollment, allowing for a more patient-centric health care experience. As a result, Dr. Phares is able to spend more time with patients and develop personalized treatment plans.
The concierge medicine program at Previty Health offers various benefits. In order to provide a higher level of care, we need time with our patients. We do this by limiting our practice size, which allows you better access to your physician. This also allows more time for us to provide comprehensive and in-depth care, care coordination, and spend more time focusing on lifestyle and prevention. You can expect longer office visits, on-time appointments without the wait, and to be seen within 1-2 business days.
No. The concierge medicine program at Previty Health isn't a replacement for health insurance.
We recommend that you maintain your traditional insurance plan. Our enrollment fee covers services which are not reimbursable by insurance. We will continue to bill your insurance for office visits just like a non-concierge practice would. You will still need insurance for labs, imaging, hospital care and specialist visits, and will be responsible for any usual coinsurance, co-pay or deductibles as determined by your insurance carrier.
We are in-network with Aetna, Prominence, Hometown Health, Cigna, and Medicare.
We can still see you if you have out-of-network insurance, however we would not bill your insurance. In this situation, you would be responsible for our fees and we could provide an invoice to submit to your insurance for reimbursement.
If you have questions about deductibles or copays, contact your insurance provider before scheduling an appointment at Previty Health.
